Sharoon Srivastava is a Principal Product Manager at Microsoft, where he leads Product Management for the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team. As a founding PM on the team, he partners with strategic enterprise customers to solve mission-critical challenges using AI agents, translating cutting-edge technology into real-world impact. Sharoon specializes in building 0→1 products and has led multiple initiatives across the full product lifecycle — from discovery and strategy to execution and achieving product-market fit. Known for his strong ownership mindset and bias for action, he thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments that demand both strategic clarity and operational excellence. A passionate advocate for the product management craft, Sharoon actively mentors aspiring and early-career PMs and frequently speaks on product leadership in the age of AI. During his MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, he led the Product Management Club, supporting students through every stage of breaking into and growing within the PM profession. Sharoon combines deep product expertise, enterprise AI experience, and a strong commitment to community building — helping shape the next generation of product leaders while driving meaningful innovation at scale.
