She holds a PhD in Computer Science with a specialisation in Natural Language Processing, as well as an Executive MBA — a combination that lets her bridge deep technical insight with strategic business thinking. Justyna spent three years at DeepL, where she led product for the Core Platform, Public API, and launched DeepL Voice — the company's first live speech translation product. Earlier in her career, she led a cross-functional team of engineers and linguists at Samsung R&D, building language models for Smart TV across multiple European languages. A fluent speaker of Polish, English, and Spanish, and a trained translator, Justyna brings both a personal and professional perspective to the challenges of localisation in an AI-driven world.
