After more than 10 years working in product development Lucy has honed my skills in discovery, design and development, and demonstrated an ability to work closely with users, developers and executives. As part of Zendesk’s Core Services, Lucy lead's a team of PMs delivering a unified admin experience, trust and safety tools and features, and internal frameworks and services that power cohesive customer experiences. Lucy loves learning and challenging herself and was proud to be awarded RMIT's Vice Chancellor's award for achieving the highest GPA in my MBA cohort. More recently she has learnt the most from my two kids who remind me every day to always find the fun in life.
