Sneha Divakar is the UX Director at Comviva. She leads UX design for Digital Enterprise Products including online commerce and business support systems which are used by some of the largest Telecom operators. She has 2 decades experience in design and product management. Sneha is a passionate advocate for women's representation in product management careers and runs the community Women in Product NL. She has evolved from a UX engineer background to more technical roles in product management and spent significant time shaping both B2B and digital consumer products within mid-to-large scale enterprises. Sneha has a track record in building compelling business cases leading to successful products shipped to millions of users. Sneha speaks on topics such as product-led transformation, human-centric product design, user experience and use cases on AI, especially in the realm of generative AI products. Her insights and leadership have been pivotal in driving product success and user satisfaction. Sneha is the founder of Women in Product NL community with a vision for women’s representation. Since 2020, she and her team head events bringing expert speakers to inspire women pursuing product related career streams and contribute to the product community.
