Dana
Rochman
Co-Founder & CEO
Legato AI
Dana Rochman is the CEO and co-founder of Legato AI, where she's building the first Vibe App Creation engine for B2B SaaS platforms - helping software companies stay ahead in the AI race by turning their users, partners, and internal teams into platform creators. Dana brings nearly two decades of product leadership at hyper-growth B2B companies to this work. Before founding Legato, she served as Chief Product Officer at Incredibuild, having joined the company as VP Product, where she led scaling efforts across revenue, partnerships, and corporate strategy. Earlier in her career, she was VP Product at AnyVision and Head of Product Management at Taboola, where she led a team responsible for growth engines delivering $250M in annual revenue. She began her product leadership career as Director of Product Management at Verint, where she helped bring a new national cyber-defense solution to market. Having experienced firsthand the pain points of generic SaaS platforms - long professional services cycles, marketplaces that hit a ceiling too soon, and customers forced to build outside the product - Dana now helps platform leaders navigate one of the biggest questions facing SaaS today: as AI reshapes how customers get value, will your platform own that transformation, or watch it happen somewhere else? Dana holds a BSc in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University and is based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

The CPO who saves the platform: Owning your customer's AI transformation before someone else does
Everyone is racing to build AI features. As AI reshapes SaaS, the real question is where your platform lands: delivering real AI value, or getting routed around. The AI transformation work inside your customers' domain is still unclaimed, and consultants, SIs, and external AI tools are moving fast to claim it. Delivering that value at scale takes a Forward Deployed Engineer, yet companies are competing over rare talent while demand is projected to surge 2,100% by end of 2026. Whoever owns that work owns the customer relationship and the budget. Dana Rochman, Legato AI's CEO, argues the platforms that win AI transformation aren't the ones competing for 2,000 elite FDEs - they're the ones that turn what FDEs do into product capabilities that generate new revenue. That means productizing tasks like mapping processes, scoping automations, and building custom solutions, while the FDE shifts from delivering every project to orchestrating the work — moving platforms beyond a system of record to indispensable. Key takeaways: - Map with AI how each customer actually works, across systems, data, and knowledge nobody wrote down. - Use agentic scoping to turn decisions into a production-ready spec, compressing weeks of back-and-forth. - Build the right output with AI - app, workflow, agent tool, or dashboard - governed and reusable. - Turn this into product capabilities that generate recurring revenue, before external AI players take over.
