Most recently, she served as Head of Incubator Research at Meta, where she led zero-to-one innovation initiatives exploring the future of social platforms and emerging technologies. Today, she leads AI strategy and transformation initiatives focused on helping organizations build AI-native products, unlock new business models, and navigate enterprise-wide change. Over the course of her career, Daniela has helped launch breakthrough products and experiences used by millions worldwide, from pioneering mobile banking innovations to shaping next-generation consumer technologies. Her expertise sits at the intersection of AI, product innovation, customer intelligence, and organizational design, with a particular focus on how businesses can translate technological disruption into meaningful customer and business outcomes. A frequent speaker, moderator, and advisor, Daniela is a Founding Member of Chief, Vice Chair of the German American Business Association (GABA), and a recognized voice on AI transformation, leadership, and the future of work.
