Randy is the Director of Growth at Matillion, a role he was specifically hired for to establish the new Growth function within the company's product team. His team is responsible for optimizing product outcomes and OKRs through various experiments that validate or invalidate ideas and hypotheses. Randy is a visionary leader and has been instrumental in implementing product-led growth and product-led sales strategies across the organization. He has also established growth frameworks like PQLs, LEAN experimentation, and collective learning to drive the company's growth objectives.
