Since joining G3 Technologies as a startup, I've worn 2 hats simultaneously: Engineering Leader and Product Leader. For the last 22 years I've led software releases for multiple product lines, where 90% have been high-consequence software systems in the defense and telecom domains. During that time I've shaped post-XP/Agile/Scrum culture and practices within G3 Technologies' software development teams. Since 2006, I've formulated and led post-Agile software processes at G3 Technologies with consequent long-term business success.
