Previously, Olivia built and led the Product Operations team at Sprout Social, a leading B2B social media management platform. She worked at WeightWatchers and a handful of NYC startups, driving processes, programs, and projects - while keeping people at the heart of everything. As a human, Olivia is a native New Yorker who's lived in every borough except the Bronx (does two weeks in Staten Island count?).
