Achieving AI ROI: From AI pilots to lasting enterprise value
As companies rush to deploy AI solutions, product leaders are discovering a hard truth: what works in a demo often breaks down at enterprise scale. Pilots look promising until real-world user behavior, fragmented data, legacy systems, security requirements, and others come into play. In this session, Rick Levine, CEO of Modus Digital, bridges the gap from experimentation to long-lasting enterprise value creation. Drawing on decades of enterprise experience, he explores why AI initiatives often stall after early success—and how fragmented ownership, weak data foundations, and cost creep quickly erode ROI. Attendees will learn how to put business outcomes in the driver’s seat, design AI programs that work with existing infrastructure, and apply financial discipline before scaling.
