Adrian is a Product Operations leader with over 10 years of experience building and scaling Product Ops functions across multiple industries and stages of growth. He specialises in establishing 0–1 operating models that enable autonomous, high-performing teams to work with clarity, agility, and focus in organisations embracing product-led transformation. Known for his empowering leadership style, Adrian builds and motivates diverse, high-impact teams and drives operational excellence across the product organisation. His experience spans leading multidisciplinary functions including product analytics, delivery management, product support, and product content. Adrian is currently Head of Product Operations at AXA UK (part of the AXA Group), where he is building and scaling the Product Operations practice within one of the world’s largest insurance organisations. Prior to AXA, he led Product Operations at Diligent, GWI, and Flexera, and helped shape early Product Ops practices at Checkout.com during its hyper-growth phase.
