At such a rapid pace, Product Operations must navigate between a startup approach and just enough control to manage the chaos. Not only is Roberta leading a team of Product Operations, but she is also acting as a COS in the Product department and serving as the right hand of the CPTO. Roberta has previous experience in product management and ownership in companies of various scales, supported by an educational background in Information Systems.
