Toby is currently a Manager of Digital Product Operations in American Express, and an MBA holder from the University of Oxford. He currently oversees the operations of fourteen scrum teams that support the prospect onboarding journeys across EMEA, APAC & LACC markets for the bank. He has previously held roles as a management consultant at KPMG, product manager, and even an Entrepreneur-In-Residence at Founders Factory. Given his wealth of operational and product experience, Toby is passionate about building functional product teams at scale
