Humans, agents, and alignment: Redefining product ops in the age of intelligent execution
As AI agents become part of the Product Operations toolkit, the challenge isn’t just about integration it’s about orchestration. In this keynote, Alina Ispas, Product Operations leader at Boomi, explores how AI is transforming the way Product Ops teams plan, prioritize, and perform. Drawing on her experience driving roadmap execution, business operations, and team enablement, Alina will share how her team is embedding AI optimization into daily workflows boosting efficiency while keeping people at the center of decision-making. She’ll unpack how AI agents can help streamline headcount planning, reduce operational drag, and improve cross-functional alignment, while still requiring human judgment to balance speed with empathy. Attendees will gain a grounded view of what it really takes to operationalize AI in Product Ops where intelligent systems amplify impact, not replace it.
