Clare is the Senior Director of Product Operations at Oscar Health. She has 15+ years of cross-functional experience and a soft spot for helping companies and teams evolve their processes for scale. Her roles have included Product, Customer Success, Finance, Human Resources and DEI for B2B technology & financial services companies. Through this journey, she has seen every phase of a company's lifecycle: Oscar (mid-size, recent IPO), Stellar-Employ (pre-seed, employee #8), Namely (Series E startup) and large, mature enterprises (Bloomberg, Citigroup and Ernst & Young). Outside of work, Clare enjoys advising startups and serves on the junior board of a New York based non-profit, Harlem Academy.
