Diana is a seasoned leader and expert in Product Operations, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and enabling product success across diverse organizations. She began her career in business development, spearheading the expansion of Latin America for Luxury Retreats, the world’s largest luxury vacation rental platform. Following the acquisition of Luxury Retreats by Airbnb, Diana transitioned into a pivotal role as Program Manager of Host Success for Airbnb Luxe, where she established a high-performing team of customer success specialists. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Diana embraced a new challenge by joining AppDirect to build their Product Operations function from the ground up. In this role, she developed and implemented policies and procedures to streamline the product development lifecycle, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and promote alignment between product teams and other key stakeholders. In July 2022, Diana took on the role of Director of Product Operations at Assent, where she leads efforts to enable product teams, foster operational excellence, and drive engagement and collaboration across the organization. Her leadership has been instrumental in advancing Assent's product capabilities and supporting its strategic goals.
