Diana started her career in business development overseeing the expansion of Latin America for Luxury Retreats - the world's largest luxury vacation rental. When the company was acquired by Airbnb, she pivoted her career and became program manager of Host Success standing up a small team of customer success specialists for Airbnb Luxe. During COVID, she once again pivoted her career and joined AppDirect to build their product operations function. In this role, she was responsible for creating policies & procedures to promote operational excellence through the product development lifecycle in addition to optimizing alignment, communication and processes between product team and other cross-functional teams. In July 2022, she joined Assent as Director of Product Operations responsible for product enablement, product operational excellence and product engagement and collaboration across Assent. In her spare time, she mentors for two very special organizations: 1 - Technovation - an organization that empowers young girls (ages 8-18) to identify a problem in their community and create tech solutions to address that problem. In their journey, the girls develop their leadership and creative problem-solving skills 2 - Hispanotech.ca - an organization that promotes the success of Latin American STEM professionals in Canada's technology markets
