Kim leads the team building tools that enable the Product Managers and the Product Operations team at Sam’s Club. She has been a leader in Product Management for over a decade with experience in retail (Walmart, L’Oreal, Best Buy, Estee Lauder), media (HBO, NBCUniversal), and more. Her experience runs the gamut from global orgs to small, high-growth startups to running her own business. When not at work, she is most passionate about teaching others about product through adjunct professorships and her work with General Assembly, goofing off with her two little kiddos, and exploring her new hometown in Northwest Arkansas after 17 years living in NYC.
