Mindy Lin is currently a Senior Product Operations Manager at Google and started her career in consulting before breaking into tech. She has taken on various Product Operations roles at tech companies such as PayPal and Better where she focused on customer advocacy, launch readiness, and developing/scaling product operations processes and frameworks. Mindy is based out of NYC and was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. Outside of work, she enjoys going on long runs and to pilates, and looking for new coffee spots to try.
