Nathaniel has built a career in healthcare product development. In his current role, he serves as Director of Product Ops at Pfizer. Much of his work is focused on launching new product teams, advancing the product discipline, and championing outcome-based metrics. Last year, Nathaniel led Pfizer's GenAI value measurement strategy and partnered with Microsoft to deliver an industry-first solution using MS Viva Goals. Before Pfizer, Nathaniel spent a decade at Humana Inc. leading product teams and developing award-winning wellness experiences. Nathaniel lives in Tampa, FL, and is completing his Masters in Entrepreneurship at the University of South Florida.
