Brittany Lemme is a Director of Product Management at Collins Aerospace, an RTX business, with over 15 years of experience leading large-scale, customer-centric products. She oversees product strategy and execution across a global portfolio of aerospace solutions that enable millions of passengers to travel seamlessly and securely each day. In her role, Brittany has led the development of a diverse set of products ranging from aircraft messaging applications to biometric-enabled passenger processing and self-service airport technologies. She is known for translating complex business and operational needs into intuitive, high-impact product experiences delivered at global scale. Prior to joining Collins Aerospace, Brittany worked in management consulting at RSM, where she led enterprise transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 and high-growth companies. Earlier in her career, she gained startup experience at a fitness technology company, where she saw firsthand how thoughtfully designed products can create meaningful, lasting impact for end users. Brittany is born and raised in Annapolis, MD and when she isn’t building products that customers love, she spends her time traveling, cooking, and with family.
