Nikolai Efseaff is a Senior Product Manager at Capital One, where he leads various enterprise payment platforms including the instant payment networks, FedNow and Real-Time Payments (RTP). Nikolai has led the delivery of several nationally-scaled capabilities for money movement, scheduling, orchestration, and settlement across retail, commercial, and small-business banking. Nikolai has deep experience in cloud-native, distributed architectures, and is an inventor on a U.S. patent related to cloud-native performance testing and has an additional patent pending in the payments domain. Nikolai is involved in product education and community efforts, having taught product fundamentals through internal and community programs.
