Mark Miller was, until November, General Manager and Head of Product for Business Prime at Amazon, where he scaled the program to millions of users across ten countries. His team owned the Business Prime product and growth tooling, driving customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. His expertise includes monetization, pricing & plan design, and in-product and marketing engagement across the lifecycle. Mark joined Amazon in 2017, previously serving as Head of Pricing and Selection for Amazon UK and leading Alliances for Amazon Business in Europe. Prior to Amazon, he was a Principal at Bain & Company, where he spent a decade advising B2B clients across the UK, Europe, and South Africa. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a PhD from the University of Cambridge.
