Nicole Tai is Associate Director of Product at Muck Rack, the software platform that enables thousands of organizations to find the right journalists to pitch, report on media coverage, and show the impact of their work. In this role, she is responsible for supporting Muck Rack’s product managers to realize the company’s overall product strategy, enabling best practices for delivering great work, and ensuring the team focuses on the most impactful goals for both the business and customer experience. With over a decade of experience in the software and digital product industry, Nicole strives to understand customer problems holistically and with empathy, in order to make users feel empowered and supported. Prior to joining Muck Rack, Nicole worked with a range of innovative tech startups and Fortune 500 companies, creating digital experiences for clients from ideation through V1 builds and defining sustainable operational processes for continued scaling. Nicole is passionate about reducing the barrier to entry into tech for QTBIPOC through mentorship and is an active member and mentor in local and global communities, such as, ADPList, Women in Tech, and Out in Tech.
