Most product-led playbooks assume a self-service app or a cloud application with quick iterations. But much of the real economy runs on products that are physical, regulated and sold to enterprise buyers, like the cash-automation systems at retail checkouts and bank branches. This keynote challenges product leaders to rethink what “product-led” means when releases can’t be A/B tested and a failed launch can trigger costly engineering changes and field service visits.
