Where human judgment still beats automation in the product lifecycle
AI is making it faster and easier to build products. But the ability to build more does not necessarily make it easier to decide what should be built. A product can be easier to deliver, solve real customer problems, and drive satisfaction, and still not be the right strategic bet. Another opportunity may take more investment and carry more execution risk, but have the potential to create greater strategic value, differentiation or commercial impact. When both paths are credible, how do you decide where to place the bet? This is where human judgment still matters. In this session, we’ll explore how product leaders interpret customer and market signals, weigh competing opportunities and make decisions when the data does not point to one obvious answer. Because as AI removes more of the friction from execution, the scarce advantage may no longer be the ability to build. It may be the judgment to know what is truly worth building.
