Sunny is a UX Researcher who has built a research toolkit that includes a broad range of qualitative research methods. She enjoy helping teams build products that meet the users’ needs and are delightful to use. At LinkedIn, She is part of a team that aims to build delightful experiences for job seekers searching for their next job opportunity. Prior to LinkedIn, she was the first and only researcher at Grand Rounds where she built a UX Research program from the ground up to incorporate user research at every stage of the product and design lifecycle. As a user researcher, it is my goal to be the user’s voice and inspire user empathy among the broader organization.
