Grounded eval-driven development: An approach for PMs and domain experts building AI agents.
Building an AI agent is easy; knowing whether it's actually good is the hard part. This session shows how product managers and domain experts can reliably evaluate agent outcomes — using grounded datasets, human-in-the-loop benchmarks, and LLM-as-a-judge — and feed those insights back into system design. We'll walk through a multi-agent shared-context workload and show how to roll everything up into an overall agent-quality score you can act on.
