She has been instrumental in preparing the product for an IPO by scaling GBV & revenue, while simultaneously doubling margins through AI-driven automation. With a 15-year career spanning continents and sectors, she has a proven record of managing P&Ls over $500M balancing revenue growth with margin expansion. Her experience includes driving marketplace transformations in the B2B and B2C space, such as building new revenue streams on both the consumer & merchant sides at PayPal, expanding the international footprint of the Tata Group to multiple markets, and helping technology customers scale at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She advises Series A & B startups on finding product-market fit and go-to-market strategy. A classically trained corporate strategist, she holds an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School and a degree in engineering and marketing from India. She has been widely recognized for her strategic vision, operational rigor with a marketing lens, and outcome-driven leadership. She is a recipient of a Stevie Award and was named an influential leader in tech by Business Insider.
