Interactive leadership forum: Building AI-ready product organizations
AI is reshaping not only products, but the way product organizations operate, prioritize work, and make decisions. In this interactive executive session, Richa Sood from Meta explores how senior product leaders can navigate the organizational, operational, and leadership shifts required in an increasingly AI-native world. Designed for Senior Director+ product and business leaders, this session combines strategic insight with live audience participation, open discussion, and executive-level Q&A. Topics explored include: - how AI is changing product leadership expectations, - where organizations are struggling to operationalize AI effectively, - balancing experimentation, governance, and execution, - evolving product operating models, - and how leaders can prepare teams for accelerated AI-driven change. The session is intentionally designed as a live exchange of ideas rather than a one-way presentation, giving attendees the opportunity to engage directly around the challenges and opportunities shaping modern product organizations.
