Sidd Lathia is a senior technology and product executive with deep expertise scaling global consumer platforms, AI-powered products, and omnichannel commerce experiences across Amazon and Microsoft. Over a career spanning more than two decades, he has led large-scale innovation initiatives across retail, devices, voice AI, payments, and cloud-connected consumer experiences, helping launch and grow multiple multimillion-dollar businesses and category-defining products. Currently Director of Product & Technology for Alexa Voice Services at Amazon, Sidd leads a global organization responsible for advancing Alexa’s AI-powered ecosystem across hundreds of millions of devices worldwide. His teams drive large-scale innovations in voice AI, personalization, smart home experiences, and conversational interfaces, including initiatives developed in collaboration with NASA for space-based voice experiences. Previously, Sidd played a central leadership role in building Amazon’s physical retail and omnichannel commerce platforms, helping launch Amazon Go, Amazon Fresh, Amazon Books, and Amazon 4-Star. He led the development of Amazon’s retail microservices architecture, customer identity and payment systems, and omnichannel shopping infrastructure that connected digital and physical commerce at global scale.
