How to grow product leaders with OKRs: Aldi Süd case study
We all know OKRs as an effective goal-setting and strategy communication tool. It is already used by world's leading organizations and its adoption still grows. In my experience, OKRs work the best as a critical thinking technique that helps organizations to ask the right questions. When the organization needs to set up some ambitious goals and not just continue business as usual, KPIs as health indicators are not enough. To deliver ambitious goals, teams alignment based on OKRs is needed. Adopting OKRs is a fast way of launching product and growth teams aligned to the organization strategy. However, there is no one size fit all strategy on how to implement OKRs in the organization. Victoria will share her experience of setting up OKRs from scratch at Aldi Süd e-commerce and how it helped them to become more value-driven and to concentrate on growth.
