Panel: Discovery that actually works - Balancing data, customer signals and your intuition
Every product leader knows the "ideal" discovery process—but few have the luxury of following it to the letter. In a world of tightening budgets, compressed timelines, and "data fatigue," how do senior leaders separate true insights from the noise? This session moves beyond the frameworks to discuss the high-stakes reality of product discovery. We’ll explore the friction between what the dashboards say, what the customers ask for, and what your gut tells you is the right move for the business. Join a panel of seasoned product veterans as they share candid stories of discovery wins, "fail-fast" moments that actually hurt, and how they balance the triad of evidence, empathy, and experience to make the big calls.
