What building a farm taught me about product management
Amanda takes product thinking out of software and into the real world, sharing how she and her husband built an actual farm using the same frameworks you’d use to build a digital product. From early discovery and defining the MVP to testing viability and shaping a roadmap, this session explores what happens when product principles are applied in a completely different environment. The talk offers a fresh and memorable way to think about core product skills. Attendees will leave with clear takeaways on discovery, prioritization, MVP thinking, and how to apply product frameworks more effectively in their day-to-day work.
