Panel | Implementing AI in the product loop: The real AI journey
AI isn’t just transforming products - it’s reshaping how we design, build, and learn from them. But beyond the buzzwords lies the real work of integration: aligning product, design, and customer experience to turn insights into impact. In this panel, we’ll explore what it truly means to bring AI into the product loop - from the first “aha” moment of seeing data in a new light, to navigating the long implementation cycles, tool selection, and inevitable red tape that come with scaling AI. Panelists will share hard-won lessons from experiments, early missteps, and successes in optimising production and feedback loops through AI-driven insights. We’ll discuss practical strategies for choosing and implementing the right tools, managing maturity across teams, and understanding where AI adds value - and where it doesn’t. Whether you’re just starting your AI journey or deep in the process of embedding intelligence into your product ecosystem, this conversation will offer real-world perspectives on what it takes to make AI work in practice.
