Dmitry Shesterin is a product and technology executive with more than 20 years of experience building, scaling, and commercializing enterprise software. As Vice President of Product Development at SOTI, he leads the company's analytics portfolio, overseeing global product development teams across Canada, Ireland, and India. Dmitry has a track record of turning product ideas into market-leading businesses. He launched SOTI XSight, the fastest-growing product in the company's history, achieving 50% year-over-year revenue growth and adoption by more than 1,000 enterprise customers within its first year. Earlier in his career at Faronics Corporation, he conceived and launched multiple new product lines, including a white-labeled classroom management platform that delivered record first-year revenue and exceptional profitability. Long before AI became a mainstream product strategy, Dmitry established and continues to lead SOTI's Data Science organization, integrating machine learning into commercial enterprise products. His experience spans the full lifecycle of AI-powered products, from identifying high-value use cases to delivering production-ready capabilities that solve real customer problems.
