Beginning her career in software quality engineering before progressing through agile delivery, product management, and executive leadership, Jane brings a unique perspective on building high-performing product organizations. She is passionate about developing product talent, fostering critical thinking, and ensuring AI enhances—rather than replaces—the craft of product management. Her expertise spans product strategy, innovation, agile transformation, customer-centric product development, and leading teams through periods of technological change.
