Michelle Joliat serves as the Senior Vice President of Product and Delivery at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, a premier institutional investor in Canada managing over $240 billion in net assets. In 2021, Michelle orchestrated the transformation of Teachers' technology organization (comprising 725 individuals) into a product-centric operational model, enhancing the technology teams' agility in addressing internal business needs. At the helm, Michelle directs several key divisions, including product management overseeing the release of major digital technology applications and platforms across the enterprise through 24 agile squads, delivery management encompassing PMO, Agile Enablement Office, and Change Management, as well as business analysis, process transformation, and program and financial reporting.
