Operating as the company's chief product voice, he is driving the transformation of Payworks into an AI-first business, embedding agentic AI into compliance-critical workflows while maintaining the trust and accuracy customers depend on. Prior to Payworks, Vidur spent over a decade in global product leadership, including leading Dayforce's Pay & Time platform across more than 30 countries. He helped expand payroll capabilities into new international markets, built compliance-led product solutions for regulated industries, and led product strategy for complex acquisitions and global platform growth. His expertise spans AI transformation, product operating models, regulatory technology, and scaling enterprise SaaS products in highly regulated environments.
