Endri Mataj is the Global Head of Product for EY’s Global FinCrime Platform, where he leads the strategy, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions that help financial institutions combat financial crime at a global scale. With more than 17 years of leadership experience, he has built and scaled enterprise products across banking, government, life sciences, and insurance, combining product strategy with digital transformation and emerging technologies. Prior to EY, Endri served as Executive Director of Product Management at JPMorgan Chase, overseeing a portfolio of more than 50 business banking products supporting millions of customers. A Fulbright Scholar with a background spanning both public and private sectors, he is recognized for driving large-scale innovation, leading high-performing cross-functional teams, and applying AI and GenAI to solve complex enterprise challenges.
