Matisha is currently VP of Product Management at Hyland and previously served as a Principal GPM at Microsoft, where she built AI agents to optimize the Sales process and notably led Product Growth for Dynamics 365, driving triple-digit revenue increases for three consecutive years. Prior to Microsoft, she led Product Management and Marketing at InsightSquared, launching the company's fastest-growing product. As VP of Product at Mautic, she developed an enterprise-ready solution that established the company as an industry forerunner. Earlier in her career, she held various roles in sales operations, marketing operations, and business intelligence at Constant Contact, Sophos, and IBM. In her spare time, Matisha enjoys studying wine, kayaking, and bicycling.
