She previously served as Chief Data Architect at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where she helped address critical healthcare challenges through data strategy, information architecture, and technology transformation. Her expertise spans enterprise data strategy, governance, security and privacy, data integration, and building scalable data organisations that improve performance, reduce costs, and enhance data quality.
A passionate advocate for innovation and responsible data use, Rashmi is an IBM Quantum Ambassador, TEDx speaker, LinkedIn Top Voice, board director, and former White House Fellow.
