Zero-latency feedback loops: Turning customer voices into Monzo Magic
You’re probably familiar with feedback loops, but you might not have thought about their throughput: the latency between a customer writing feedback and your team acting on it. The higher the latency, the more fragile your growth loop becomes - and the more frustrated your customers get.
