Zero-latency feedback loops: Turning customer voices into Monzo Magic
You’re probably familiar with feedback loops, but you might not have thought about their throughput: the latency between a customer writing feedback and your team acting on it. The higher the latency, the more fragile your growth loop becomes - and the more frustrated your customers get. In this session, we’ll explore how Monzo tackled this challenge when building our Homeownership product. By piping feedback directly to the place our teams spend their time - Slack - we created a zero-latency feedback loop. That meant spotting our customers’ pain points in real time, addressing them before they compounded, and building the confidence to launch lean MVPs knowing we could improve fast. You’ll come away from this session with a practical framework: build feedback collection into your product, route it where your team already works, and trust recurring themes as signals of real pain. Getting this right turns feedback into fuel for retention, and makes speed of learning your most defensible growth advantage.
