Interactive roundtables | AI, GDPR, and growth: What's actually blocking you
This isn't a presentation, it's a conversation. Facilitated round table discussions give you the chance to go deeper on the scaling challenges that matter most to you, alongside peers who are navigating the same terrain. Come ready to share your own experiences, ask the questions you haven't found answers to yet, and leave with practical ideas and new connections that will stay with you long after the summit ends. Tables will be organized around specific scaling topics so you can choose the conversation most relevant to where you are right now. Discussion topics include: - The role of product in driving business strategy - Creating effective product roadmaps: Aligning priorities and stakeholders - Scaling product teams: challenges and strategies for growth - Product portfolio management: Balancing risk and innovation

The superapp paradox: Growing an ecosystem beyond the org chart
Each service has its own team, targets and roadmap. Yet valuable growth opportunities often sit between services, outside any single team's ownership. Drawing on my previous work redesigning a superapp's home screen and growing adoption beyond ride-hailing, I would share how that growth challenge revealed the need for shared foundations: search, order tracking and a single user profile across services. The case explores the experiences these foundations make possible, from using a journey's destination to simplify a food order, to using preferences learned in one service to improve discovery in another—and the decisions involved in developing them alongside competing vertical priorities. Attendees would take away: • How to identify cross-service journeys that create additional customer value. • How to establish ownership and prioritise shared capabilities across product teams. • How to evaluate growth beyond exposure and individual service KPIs.
