Having gone from building products to managing product teams to leading product departments, Rosie has over 10 years of product development experience. Working in e-commerce, Rosie's experience spans across small, medium and large companies. Her favourite times involve exploring new ways of connecting with customers through loyalty, personalisation, membership, subscriptions and using data internally to improve the customer offering. She is currently at Sky where she leads the new and emerging products department.
