Bianca Okafor is a product professional with nearly a decade of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale high impact strategic programs and initiatives in the tech industry at companies including Google and Pinterest. In her current role as Product Operations Lead at Netflix, she leads special programs and initiatives that enable more efficient and effective product development for the Consumer Product organization. This year she is leading Annual Planning for the organization. In the past she has developed new operating models, product development frameworks and guides, created roadmaps and enabled increased cross functional collaboration within and among product domains including Netflix's nascent Ads business. She is a data-driven leader with expertise in product development, program management, strategy, operations and research.
