Emilia Malachowski is the Product Operations Manager at Verkada, the Sequoia-backed startup disrupting the $100+ billion physical security industry. At Verkada, she works across the Product, Engineering, Hardware, and Sales teams to steer product launches in new markets from an operational and legal standpoint. Most recently, Emilia coordinated Verkada’s expansion into the APAC market, aligning the relevant members of the executive team to carry out a compliant launch. Domestically, she leads the team in tracking local & federal legislation related to security in enterprises and schools to keep other leaders apprised of developments that could impact the 6 product lines. Her work at Verkada expands the company’s reach, allowing it to deliver new products to new regions and, therefore, protect even more customers.
