Santiago is currently the Head of Product Operations for gUP at Google, where he has been over the last 9 years. He has a proven track record in delivering large projects focused on customer retention, brand loyalty, and user trust. He is also a senior lecturer at Universidad Catolica de Cordoba (Argentina), where he teaches an MBA course on “Innovation and business process improvements”.
