OpenClaw at scale: What to think through before you productize a personal agent for enterprises
OpenClaw became one of the fastest-growing open source projects on GitHub as a tool built for one person. Nearly everything that makes it delightful on a laptop becomes a problem the moment you try to run it for thousands of people inside a company.
This talk covers what we learned trying to close that gap: what a tenant even means when the agent is stateful and remembers things, what has to be true about the infrastructure underneath it. Attendees will leave with a practical view of the operational challenges in taking a personal agent to enterprise scale, and a checklist of what to think through before building their own enterprise version of OpenClaw.
