Varanjot Kaur is a Product Management Lead at WhatsApp, where she leads monetization initiatives focused on building conversational experiences that connect businesses with more than three billion global users. With over a decade of experience spanning product management, monetization, growth, and strategy, she has built and scaled products at the intersection of AI, messaging, and business growth. Prior to her current role, Varanjot served as Head of Product Strategy for Monetization at Meta, leading several zero-to-one AI-powered products, including business AI agents and LLM-enabled tools. She was also a founding member of Meta’s Special Projects team, helping shape strategic initiatives such as Metaverse and Avatars. Before joining Meta, she spent four years at McKinsey & Company, advising technology leaders on product-led growth, monetization, pricing, and large-scale business transformation.
