Wei-Sean, pronounced as Way-Shawn, is an experienced Product Operations professional in the internet technology industry. Throughout his career, he has held key roles at renowned companies such as Google, Twitter, and Facebook. Initially, he served as a Product Analyst and Quality Assurance Engineer at these organizations. However, in the past 3 years, Wei-Sean transitioned into Product Ops Management positions, dedicating his expertise to Google and most recently to Twitter. At these companies, he provided crucial support to various teams including legal, engineering, product, and content/marketing. Beyond his tech-oriented background, Wei-Sean spent 6 years in the US Air Force as an Aircraft Maintainer, during which he gained valuable experience in project management. He also holds several certifications in product management.
